Pricing questions

The fee covers Rhome's governance and operational management: co-owner default protection, automated expense splitting, concierge repair coordination, and trust administration. It does not include your mortgage, taxes, or insurance.
The repair reserve is 1% of the home's purchase price per year, divided by 12 months, divided by the number of co-owners. For a $400,000 home with 3 co-owners, that's approximately $111/month per person.
The $500 swap fee is waived if you are the last person to complete a swap chain. At any given time, you can check the swap marketplace for fee-free relocation opportunities.
Your share is based on the square footage of your private bedroom plus any premium amenities (private bathroom, balcony). This percentage determines both your down payment contribution and your monthly cost split.
